    Music Distribution Agreement

    Parties: Admire Studio ("Company") & Content Provider ("You" or "Client")

    By using Admire Studio's services, you agree to the terms below regarding music distribution, revenue sharing, and copyright management.

    1. DEFINITIONS

    • Admire Studio: The company providing music distribution, copyright management, and monetization services.
    • Client (You): Any artist, label, or rights holder who submits content for distribution.
    • Content: Any music, audio, artwork, metadata, and related assets submitted for distribution.
    • Platform(s): Digital streaming platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
    • Revenue: Earnings generated from the distributed content.

    2. RIGHTS & LICENSE GRANT

    • You retain full ownership of your content.
    • By submitting content, you grant Admire Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, monetize, and promote your music.
    • Admire Studio has the right to remove, modify, or reject content that violates policies.

    3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS & WARRANTIES

    • You confirm that you have full rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute your content.
    • Your content must not contain copyright-infringing material, explicit illegal content, or unauthorized samples.
    • You are responsible for resolving any copyright claims or disputes related to your content.

    4. DISTRIBUTION & MONETIZATION

    • Admire Studio will distribute your content to supported platforms.
    • We reserve the right to approve or reject content based on platform policies.
    • If monetization is enabled, revenue will be collected and shared based on agreed terms.

    5. REVENUE SHARE & PAYMENTS

    • Revenue Split: Admire Studio will retain a percentage of earnings as per the agreed model.
    • Payment Schedule: Earnings will be paid monthly/quarterly based on platform reports.
    • Minimum Payout Threshold: Payments will be made when the client reaches the minimum payout amount.
    • Taxes & Fees: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, and bank charges.

    6. ACCOUNT & TERMINATION

    • Account Responsibility: You must keep your login credentials secure and update accurate payment information.
    • Termination by Client: You may request to remove your content or close your account at any time.
    • Termination by Admire Studio: We reserve the right to terminate accounts due to fraud, copyright violations, or policy breaches.
    • Effect of Termination: If terminated, content distribution will be stopped, and any pending revenue will be paid per policy.

    7. COPYRIGHT CLAIMS & DISPUTES

    • If your content receives a copyright claim or strike, you must resolve the issue.
    • If a dispute arises, you agree to cooperate with Admire Studio to address the issue.
    • False claims or repeated disputes may lead to account suspension.

    8. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

    • Admire Studio is not responsible for:
      • Delays in revenue reporting from platforms.
      • Content removal by third-party platforms.
      • Any legal claims against your content.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold Admire Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal issues related to your content.

    9. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

    • Admire Studio may update this agreement at any time.
    • Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

    10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes will be settled through negotiation, mediation, or legal action in Indian courts.

    2.3 Can I update my email or payment details?

    Yes, you can update your email address, payment details, and personal information from the dashboard settings.

    2.4 How do I delete my account?

    3. Uploading Music

    3.1 What are the requirements for uploading music?

    To upload music, ensure the following:
    ✅ Audio format: WAV or FLAC (high-quality)
    ✅ Artwork: 3000x3000 pixels (JPG or PNG)
    ✅ Metadata: Artist name, title, release date, etc.

    3.2 How long does it take for my music to go live?

    After uploading, it takes 7-10 days for your music to be available on streaming platforms. YouTube Content ID claims may take 3-5 days.

    3.3 Can I schedule a release date?

    Yes! You can select a specific release date when uploading your song.

    3.4 Can I edit or remove my release after submission?

    If your release is still in processing, you can edit or remove it. However, once distributed, changes may require a takedown and re-upload, which can take time.

    4.1 What is YouTube Content ID?

    YouTube Content ID is a system that automatically detects copyrighted music and monetizes videos using your music. If someone uses your song, you can claim ad revenue from their video.

    4.2 Can I submit cover songs?

    Yes, but you must have the proper license to distribute cover songs legally. Admire Studio does not provide licensing for cover songs.

    4.3 What happens if I receive a copyright claim?

    If your content violates copyright rules, you may receive a copyright claim or strike. You must provide proof of ownership to resolve disputes.

    Remixes and DJ mixes require permission from the original copyright owner. If you don’t have the rights, your upload may be rejected or claimed by the original owner.

    5.4 What is the minimum payout amount?

    The minimum payout amount is $50 USD. If your earnings are below this, they will roll over to the next payment cycle.
